#1 – MORNING ROUTINES ARE NOT HOLISTIC

While you can certainly get a lot done in the mornings, there's simply not enough time to focus on all the domains you'd like to improve in your life. Even if you could spend a moment working on your body, mind, career, family and finances, a moment is all it would be. We need a procedure in order to map out other times in the day and the week to give the proper attention these other "sides" of your life need.

Granted you can get some great things accomplished in the morning but what happens when you head to your crappy job you hate? What happens when you have to deal with the traffic? What's the plan for when you come home and after dinner and all the household tasks are finished feel like there is never any time for yourself?

I started my journey over 10 years ago when I realized I was lost. I was stuck in almost all areas of my life. After I had my breakthrough, I came to a realization. I realized time was the most valuable resource and if I was committed to spending my time wisely, then everything I wanted to make happen could happen. And it did! Let me show you how.

WHAT IS RITUAL DESIGN

Ritual Design is a custom set of daily routines that feed off of one another in order to holistically make progress on multiple domains of your life.

It examines the four most common inflections points of the average day and puts systems in place to maximize these times. It also helps uncover the individual’s opportunities that continually fuel the system, as well as the inevitable tasks that can derail progress.
