to as serious as seeing a therapist, developing activities within your routines is key to creating a more peaceful and relaxed inner self. Mental health is not something that happens over night. Nor is it something that is a one and done fix.
Developing a healthy state of mind takes consistent practice. So how can we foster a calm and collect state of zen throughout our morning routines?

This was not included in the episode considering this is not something I’m currently doing. I have journaled in the past but for me I’ve had more success with some other activities so I stick with what works. I do understand the importance and I think you should definitely have it in your arsenal!
