Stop hitting the snooze button!

If you woke up today and told yourself “that’s it. I will never hit snooze again”, then this is the episode for you.

Maybe you were late to work…

Maybe you slept through your morning routine you planned for…

Or maybe you’re just sick and tired of rushing around in the morning.

 

Whatever it may be, the vow you’ve made to never hit snooze again is a serious one because now you’re left with…how am I actually going to do this?! How am I going to win the battle of the bed?

Understand that if anyone knows how serious this is…it’s me.

 

I once technically got fired from a job from oversleeping! Granted there was a lot more to the story then just oversleeping once but this was still the nail in the coffin. So please understand that this process I will be laying out has been tested and proven on myself for many many years. 

 

Today I will walk you through the three things you need to master in order to be a champion of the morning! It breaks down like this…

  1. Have a PM routine in place – this doesn’t have to be some serious personal development evening routine but just something that can enable you to wrap up everything for the night. Make sure the kitchen is clean, work things are ready…etc. I’ll explain why this is crucial.
  2. Master your sleep – If you’re under slept, your body will do everything to work against your mind
  3. Conquer the first few moments – If you’ve ever had the devil on one shoulder and the angel on the other arguing about whether 9 more minutes of sleep will actually do anything…I’ll teach you how to shut them both up!
