When it comes to trying to achieve a goal…

I’ve learned many things throughout my life.

I’ve failed many times….

I’ve succeeded many times!

Throughout these triumphs and defeats, I’ve picked up a few strategies that are instrumental if you want to ACTUALLY achieve a goal. Because let’s face it. It’s way easier to set a goal than it is to achieve it!

 

For me, I’m setting my own goal of gaining 20 lbs of muscle. I’ve always been invested in my health and taking care of my body. Through recent diet discoveries, I’ve learned that it might be possible to finally gain some size a have a body that I always wanted.

 

So today on the show I’ll be going over a few tried and true tactics, something glaringly obvious but often overlooked things and a few mindset strategies.

  • We’ll first touch on the S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goal framework
  • Next we’ll talk about how to actually schedule the time you’re going to work towards the goal
  • Lastly, we’ll talk about where commitment actually falls into play and a few other imperative mindset shifts.
